Joe currently heads up Catalyst Life Sciences in Europe. Overseeing a team of 18 consultants working predominantly the DACH and East Coast US markets.
A proven leader, Joe has built teams that embody a driven, collaborative and high performing culture. He has worked a number of verticals within Life Sciences, but now utilizes his earlier vocational training recruiting within engineering, and has successfully opened a number of major accounts for the business.
Joe is the Catalyst and JCW Group London office top biller and has successfully led an office wide initiative that doubled strategic selling solutions over a period of 12 months. A competitive sportsman, Joe had success leading the company football team to 5 aside champions in their first year.
