Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate diagnostic information.
• Conduct quality control measures and participate in laboratory accreditation processes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document results meticulously and contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• BMA HF qualified.
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with working in a blood bank is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and German, French is an advantage.
