The opportunity to join a leading global contractor specializing in the construction of advanced data centers in Frankfurt, including a major 2 x 17.5 MW substation project. We are seeking a Freelance HSE Operations Manager to lead our health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Your Role:
As the HSE Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in advising the observation team and ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained. You will oversee trade partners and subcontractors, managing HSE controls while leading a team of four advisors.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise the Observation Team: Provide expert guidance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Monitor Trade Partners: Conduct thorough checks and controls on subcontractors, focusing on their HSE operations.
• Lead and Manage: Oversee a team of HSE advisors, ensuring effective execution of health and safety measures.
• Data Center Expertise: Utilize your experience in the data center sector to implement tailored HSE strategies.

Key Experience:

• Proven Experience: Significant background in HSE management, particularly within data center projects.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and inspire a team of advisors while ensuring subcontractor compliance.
• Fluent in English: Mandatory fluency in English; proficiency in German is desirable.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage complex HSE requirements.
