Senior Health and Safety Representative

Catalyst is looking to hire a Senior Health and Safety (EHS) Leader for a global healthcare company at one of their flagship manufacturing sites west of Indianapolis. The incumbent will lead safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance workplace safety culture. Key Responsibilities

• Support health, safety, and industrial hygiene programs.
• Conduct incident investigations and safety trend analysis.
• Collaborate on engineering projects, process changes, and risk assessments.
• Lead initiatives to improve safety culture and injury prevention.
• Manage self-assessments, audits, and compliance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in health and safety roles within manufacturing.
• CSP and/or CIH certification is preferable.
• Experience with hearing loss prevention programs is a huge plus.
