Partnership search
Most common with firms looking to attract mid to senior level people, Partnership Search typically involves a small percentage of the placement fee up-front, ensuring you receive more dedicated support, resources and focus to your hiring than you would with Contingent recruitment.
Executive search
Ideal for senior and specialist roles, Executive Search is a more time intensive project than Partnership Search and as such, requires a larger percentage of the placement fee to be paid up-front. This commitment also allows us to give substantial time to mapping the wider market and headhunting the right person. You’ll receive a completely tailored service and we’ll ensure we identify the best person in your industry, not just the best person available.
