Automation Engineer

My client, a growing innovative start-up to small sized engineering company who specialises in Nano-technology; is looking for an intellectually curious individual to join their team as an Automation Engineer. This role will allow you to work on novel technologies across a span of different projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop PLC software, motion and process control, along with HMI concepts for automation systems.
• Handling projects and providing support; from concept, to implementation and finally commissioning.
• Communicating and coordinating with multiple different stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to commission automation equipment.

Profile:

• 3-5 years' experience within Automation Engineering.
• Extensive experience in Siemens TIA Portal.
• Familiarity with HMI and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with motion control and control theory.
• Bachelor's and Master's in Engineering.
