- Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment across all teams.
- Lead fundraising efforts and build relationships with investors and key stakeholders.
- Oversee product development, regulatory approvals, and market launch.
- Build and foster a high-performing, innovative company culture.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in start-up medical device companies.
- Experience scaling early-stage companies and navigating fundraising and commercial processes.
- Strong business acumen, with expertise in fundraising, financial management, and strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
