Director of Facilities & Engineering, (Houston)

Catalyst is currently searching for a Director of Facilities & Engineering with an extensive leadership background to join a fast-growing Pharmaceutical client. In this position you'll be responsible for everything going on in the 24/7 plant, especially surrounding sterile and aseptic manufacturing. This is an on-site position in Houston TX.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for engineering and facilities, aligning departmental objectives.
• Provides accurate preventative maintenance forecasting methods with continuous improvement.
• Maintains records showing compliance with all federal, state and local safety, environmental requirements such as permits, inspection documents, training/certifications, etc.

You should apply if you have:

• 10+ years of leadership experience within facilities management, manufacturing, engineering
• Background coming from Pharmaceuticals, Biopharma, Biotech, or Nutraceuticals is preferred
• Extensive experience with sterile fill lines, lyophilizers, pumps, valves, and regulators
