Financial Analyst

Working closely with experienced financial leaders, and experts who have been part of multiple successful high-growth companies, you'll be able to hone your financial analysis skills as well as be exposed to some tax activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, and Sales to support business initiatives and drive profitability.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in developing financial strategies aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
• Support strategic initiatives such as capital investments, pricing strategies, and market expansion plans.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years Accounting or Financial Analysis experience in the industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Understanding of cannabis industry regulations and market dynamics is a plus.
