Project Duration: Q1 2025 - Minimum Q3 2027 (with potential extension until the end of 2028)

The opportunity to join a leading global contractor specializing in building and constructing state-of-the-art data centers in Frankfurt, including a significant 2 x 17.5 MW substation project.

Your Role:

As our Senior HSE Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring compliance and safety on this large-scale project. You’ll implement robust HSE practices and manage a comprehensive data system that tracks everything from training to incident reporting.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead HSE Documentation: Streamline processes for training records, near-miss incidents, and tracking.
• Master HSE Software: Optimize and utilize software tools for efficient data management and reporting.
• Enhance Site Safety: Oversee entrance and gate control protocols to maintain top-notch security.
• Analyze Data: Compile and interpret extensive data sets to elevate HSE performance.
• Collaborate for Safety: Work closely with project teams to cultivate a proactive safety culture.

Key Experience:

• Proven Experience: Significant HSE management experience on large-scale projects.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HSE software for effective data management—know how to run and install it.
• Organized & Efficient: Exceptional organizational skills to handle vast amounts of data.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive safety initiatives with fluency in English (German proficiency desirable).
