On behalf of a client, I am currently looking for a Head of Quality Control (f/m/d) in northern Germany. The position provides an opportunity to shape the organization's growth by leading transformation initiatives and managing change effectively within the quality department.

Tasks:
- Lead and manage the Quality Control department and supervisory team.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and maintain quality standards.
- Implement lean principles for continuous improvement.
Profile:
- 6+ years of experience in transformation, operations, and change management
- 3+ years of experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Has experience in quality control, and managing and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in English (C1) and German (B2)
