Catalyst is recruiting for an HR Generalist for one of our MedTech clients in the RTP area. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR in the daily operations of the Human Resources Department with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Social Science, or related areas.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with exposure to TA and Employment Engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
