International Customer Representative

On behalf of a growing medical device company in Nürnberg, we are looking for an International Customer Representative (m/f/d). In this position, you will play a key part in facilitating communication and coordination between internal teams and international clients. The company offers a dynamic work environment and a good work-life balance through tariff and a 37.5-hour work week.
 

Your Tasks:

• Collaborate with business development managers and sales directors to provide comprehensive customer support for fixed export sales regions.
• Manage order backlog, proactively identifying and addressing any potential delivery delays.
• Prepare and coordinate export documentation, ensuring smooth customs clearance and efficient logistics.
• Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accurate credit limit verification and timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and foreign trade laws by effectively managing all related master data.

Your Profile:

• University entrance qualification or intermediate school leaving certificate
• 1+ years of experience or training in export customer service
• Fluency in English (C1) and German (B2)
