Opportunity to join a 20+ years' established Houston, TX based Medical Device manufacturing company going through an expansion phase. Leading their manufacturing engineering team of 10, you'll be at the forefront of both the sustaining engineering and new product development initiatives!

- Leading, managing, and developing the manufacturing engineering team, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
- Offering technical guidance to engineers and technicians.
- Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, production, and quality assurance, to develop and implement new products or processes.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and applying lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
- 8 years' experience in regulated manufacturing environments, with 5 years in ISO:13485/21CFR820 certified facilities.
- 4 years' management experience, leading teams of more than 5 people.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical engineering. A master’s degree is preferred.
