We’re looking for Principal Packaging Engineer to join a leading medical device client! In this role, you’ll be supporting the Senior Manager of Packaging Engineering and working cross-functionally with other engineering teams across the business. Client can offer relocation down to Florida.
What you’ll be doing:
- Incorporate Six Sigma techniques to enhance quality and reduce reject products.
- Leading the cradle to grave packaging and product design teams through new and sustaining lines for Class 3 implantables.
- Ensure essential packaging development activities are completed prior to packaging design transfer activities.
- Provide supporting packaging documentation to Regulatory and Quality teams on a regular basis for FDA and ERC submissions.
What we want from you:
- 8+ years working in the medical device industry
- Experience ISO 11607 is a must
- Working with Class 3 implantable or Orthopedics is a plus
- Background in designing and sustaining packaging lines
