Global Biotech company is looking to add a Quality Supervisor to their actively growing site. You will be reporting directly into the Quality Manager collaborating with with manufacturing and supply chain teams. If you enjoy rapidly improving while also sustaining an environment then this is the role for you .
What you’ll be doing:
- Help assist in the development of GMP for operations across the site.
- Daily manage the teams process improvement while utilizing Work in Progress (WIP) and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) practices.
- Manage RAPIDS, CAPA's, BPR review, logbook reviews, and overall Quality on the Floor in hand with the Quality Manager.
What we want from you:
- 5+ years working in pharmaceutical industry
- 1+ years previously leading or managing a team in pharmaceutical production
- Background in rapidly improving and sustaining a quality production line
