Snr Project Manager - Engineering Services

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager at our client's manufacturing site in Geel! You'll lead large-scale projects, ranging from 1M€ to 50MM€, ensuring flawless execution. Join our E&PS Project delivery team and collaborate with 10 project and construction managers whilst being the key PM responsible at the Geel site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, guiding them from concept to post-implementation.
• Ensure portfolio performance meets cost, schedule, and cash-flow targets.
• Align with business partners to prioritize projects and deliver effective solutions.
• Translate project requirements into detailed designs, emphasizing safety, quality, and constructability.
• Lead Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) preparation and approval processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Develop and adjust project execution plans, managing resources effectively.
• Drive a strong Construction Safety culture, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Lead Project Close Out activities, including documentation, financial closure, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in capital projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions with a strong ability to build and maintain stakeholders.
• Expertise in process engineering, HVAC, and E&I; familiarity with pharma or medical devices a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Dutch; ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
