How it works:

Candidates seeking permanent employment:

• Refer someone with less than 5 years' suitable market experience = £500 / $800 / €550
• Refer someone with 5+ years' suitable market experience = £1000/ $1000/ €1000

Candidates seeking contract roles:

• All contractor introductions (subject to minimum qualification criteria) = £500 / $800 / €550

Qualification criteria:

• Perm: Perm fee will be payable when the candidate is out of the rebate.
• Contract: Contract fee will be payable when the candidate completes their 2 months.
